This full-size gas convection oven features a double-deck configuration with 2 ovens and 4 doors, measuring 38" (L) x 42.5" (W) x 68.8" (H). The unit supports natural gas and liquid propane operation with a convertible gas setup.Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and porcelainized interior, the oven includes full-view glass windows and independent doors for each oven section. Each oven cavity measures 29" (W) x 22.5" (D) x 19.7" (H). Ten nickel-plated oven racks and 20-position rack guides support structured loading for commercial baking environments.The oven uses six gas burners rated at 18,000 BTU each, delivering a total output of 108,000 BTU.
