The Standard Range full-size single-deck gas convection oven is built for commercial kitchens and restaurants that need consistent, high-volume baking performance in a durable, space-conscious footprint. With a total output of 54,000 BTU across three 18,000 BTU burners, this oven delivers steady, even heat throughout the cooking cycle.

The porcelain enamel interior measures 29 inches wide by 22.5 inches deep by 19.6 inches high, accommodating five nickel-plated oven racks across 10 rack position guides for flexible load configurations. Two independent full-view glass doors allow chefs to monitor baking progress without opening the oven, and two halogen interior lights improve visibility of product inside the cavity. The electronic thermostat holds temperatures from 150°F to 500°F, while a manual timer and a control panel positioned on the right side that opens downward keep operation straightforward.

This convection oven runs on natural gas or liquid propane, with an LP conversion kit included, and connects via a 3/4-inch gas inlet.
