The Cookline full size double deck gas convection oven is built for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, and foodservice operations that need consistent, reliable baking and roasting capacity across two independent oven chambers.

Each of the two full-size ovens measures 29 inches wide by 25 inches deep by 24 inches tall, giving kitchen staff generous interior space per deck. Six direct fired gas inshot burners rated at 18,000 BTU each deliver a combined 108,000 BTU, covering a temperature range of 167°F to 563°F. Automatic ignition and a manual control type keep operation straightforward, while dual speed fan control and a cooling down function give chefs precise command over the cooking environment. Each chamber features an interior porcelainized finish, dual pane thermal glass doors, and an interior chamber light for clear visibility during service.

A removable 13-position rack guide system in each deck accepts the included heavy-duty chrome plated oven racks, with eight racks total across both ovens. A 60-minute electric timer with bell keeps timing accurate without additional equipment. The micro switch door shut-off system disengages heat when a door is opened, supporting safe kitchen workflow. The unit runs on natural gas with a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection and draws 9.3 amperes at 120V, 60Hz, single phase through a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 6-foot power cord.
