The Standard Range Full Size Double Deck Electric Convection Oven is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, and foodservice operations that require consistent, even baking across two independent decks. Built from stainless steel with a silver finish, this oven handles demanding daily use while maintaining a professional appearance on the line.

Each deck operates with its own pair of independent doors and full view glass windows, allowing chefs to monitor cooking progress without opening the oven. Four halogen interior lights illuminate the porcelain enamel interior, and 20 rack guide positions across both decks give operators precise rack placement flexibility. Ten nickel plated oven racks are included, five per deck, supporting a wide variety of pan configurations in a full size 29.2" (W) x 22.5" (D) x 19.7" (H) interior per cavity.

Temperature is controlled via an electronic thermostat with a range of 150 degrees F to 500 degrees F, and a manual timer keeps cook cycles on schedule. Two fan speeds, 1,725 RPM and 1,140 RPM, let kitchen staff adjust airflow to suit different menu items, while a forced cool-down fan mode speeds up the cooldown process between cycles. An oven ready light and a downward-opening control panel add practical convenience during service. The unit draws 46 amperes at 240V, single phase, 60 Hz, with a combined output of 10 kW per deck (10+10 kW total), and a 6 AWG wire size is required for installation.
