The Dukers Convection Oven DCCOG1 is a heavy-duty commercial oven constructed from stainless steel. It ideal for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and catering operations that require high-capacity, reliable cooking. It operates on gas and supports both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane with inlet pressures of 4 ''WC (NG) and 10 ''WC (LPG).

The oven has three burners delivering 18,000 BTU/H each, totaling 54,000 BTU/H, and operates automatically with a two-speed fan and adjustable cool-down mode. The temperature range is 175°F to 500°F. Inside, it features ten adjustable stainless steel shelves for flexible cooking. The oven measures 38 in (W) x 39.75 in (D) x 61.75 in (H).

It has two durable double-pane glass doors with independent operation, two fans, a nozzle size of LGP: 55# / NG: 45#, and four casters for mobility.
