Product Overview

The BakeMax double deck electric convection oven is designed for restaurants, bakeries, and commercial kitchens requiring multi-tray cooking capacity. This convection oven operates on 240 V, single phase, 60 Hz electric power with a 22,000 W system drawing 102 amps, supporting continuous foodservice use. The double deck design allows preparation of up to 18 trays at the same time.

The oven is constructed from stainless steel, supporting durability in commercial kitchen environments. It measures 46.6" (L) x 38" (W) x 71.4" (H) and includes an interior cavity measuring 29 in (W) x 25.5 in (D) x 20 in (H), which accommodates full-size pans used in restaurant food handling.

Cooking temperatures range from 150°F to 500°F and are managed through hold and pulse cooking controls. Air circulation is handled by a blower motor with reversible rotation and two fan speed selections (high/low), supporting even heat distribution across trays during baking and roasting tasks.

The oven includes a heavy-duty removable front door with a double glass front window and interior long-lasting halogen lights for visibility. Mobility is supported by four 4-inch casters. It is UL EPH Classified and cULus Listed, and it includes a 2-year warranty by the manufacturer covering parts and labor.
