The oven interior measures 29 inches wide by 22.5 inches deep by 19.7 inches tall, with a porcelain enamel interior finish and 10 nickel-plated oven racks positioned across 20 rack guides. Four independent doors with full-view glass windows give kitchen staff a clear view of the oven chamber without opening it, while 2 halogen interior lights keep the cooking space visible during service. The manual timer and electronic thermostat allow straightforward temperature control from 150 degrees F to 500 degrees F, and the control panel is located on the right side and opens downward for easy access.

Power comes from 6 burners rated at 18,000 BTU each, totaling 108,000 BTU. The unit runs on natural gas or liquid propane, with an LP conversion kit included, and connects to a 3/4-inch gas inlet.
