The AXIOM Twin delivers up to 240 cups per hour and a brewing capacity of 15 gallons per hour, supported by a 200 oz (5.9 L) tank that feeds both brewers. Automatic pressure adjustment and programmable pre-infusion allow the kitchen team to dial in extraction without manual intervention each cycle, while the Splashgard funnel reduces mess during brewing. The unit connects directly to a water supply via a 1/4-inch male flare inlet, eliminating the need for manual refilling.

Built from stainless steel in a silver finish, the brewer measures 22.2" (D) x 16" (W) x 23.5" (H), making it a compact footprint for counter or equipment shelf placement.
