The Bunn AXIOM is a single-configuration airpot coffee brewer designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafes, and high-volume foodservice operations that require consistent, automated coffee output throughout the service day.

Built from stainless steel with a silver finish, the AXIOM measures 9" (W) x 22.5" (D) x 23.6" (H), making it a compact yet capable unit on any counter or brew station. It connects directly to a water supply via a 1/4" male flare inlet and draws power at 120/240 volts, 1 phase, 60 Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug, consuming 3,550 watts. The dual voltage capability gives operators flexibility when configuring their electrical setup.

The brewer features automatic pressure adjustment and programmable pre-infusion, which allow kitchen staff to dial in brew parameters without manual intervention during service. A Splashgard funnel adds a layer of safety when handling hot coffee. Output reaches 67 cups per hour at 120V or 120 cups per hour at 240V, with a brewing capacity of 4.2 to 7.5 gallons per hour, supported by a 200 oz (5.9 L) tank. A hot water faucet is included for added versatility at the brew station.

The AXIOM is UL Listed and NSF Certified, meeting recognized commercial food safety and electrical standards. It is manufactured in the United States. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
