The UNOX XAVHC-HC11 ventless exhaust system is designed for commercial kitchens using the ChefTop MIND.Maps Plus oven. It suits restaurants, hotels, and catering operations that require compact steam and odor management without traditional ducting.

Constructed from stainless steel, the hood features UL Listed and NSF Certified approvals, supporting regulated food handling and hygiene standards in commercial kitchen environments.

It measures 29.5" (W) x 37.63" (D) x 10 3/16" (H) and weighs 50 lb, designed for ventless installation above compatible ovens. The system includes an automatic wash feature with fan-guard cleaning to support routine maintenance.

The unit operates on 240 V, 0.5 A, 60 Hz, 0.1 kW, with a 3/4 in female NPT water inlet and water requirements of free chlorine ≤ 0.5 ppm, chloramine ≤ 0.1 ppm, pH 7–8.5, ≤ 1000 μS/cm, ≤ 30 °dH, and water pressure of 22–87 psi. It includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
