The Coldline refrigerated salad bar and buffet table is a 60-inch cold food table built for commercial kitchens in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and buffet-style dining operations that need reliable open-display cold food service.

The unit holds a 19.5 cubic foot interior with stainless steel construction throughout, measuring 56 1/2" (W) x 19 7/8" (D) x 25 3/4" (H) inside the cabinet. It accommodates up to 12 one-third size or 24 one-sixth size standard food pans, and is compatible with both 4-inch and 6-inch deep food pans, making it a flexible fit for varied buffet and salad bar menus. One tray slide and pan cover are included.

Temperature is maintained between 33°F and 41°F via a digital temperature controller and electronic control system, with automatic defrost to reduce manual maintenance tasks during service. The R-290 refrigerant is a low-GWP option, and the foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports stable holding temperatures up to a 90°F maximum ambient environment. The 540-watt, 115-volt, 1-phase unit draws 5.4 amps and connects via a standard NEMA 5-15P plug. A built-in sneeze guard is included for open-display food safety compliance.

Two adjustable heavy-duty PVC epoxy-coated shelves rated at 90 lbs each support storage below the cold food zone.
