The unit holds 19.5 cubic feet of usable interior space measuring 56 1/2" W x 19 7/8" D x 25 3/4" H, and maintains food-safe temperatures between 33°F and 41°F using a 1/2 HP compressor running at 115V, 5.4 amps, and 540 watts on a single-phase, 60 Hz circuit with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug. The pan configuration accepts up to 12 one-third size or 24 one-sixth size standard food pans in either 4-inch or 6-inch depth, giving catering and buffet teams flexible food pan setups without additional adapters.
