The Coldline refrigerated salad bar and cold food table is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, and buffet-style operations that need reliable cold food holding in a self-serve format. With a 14 cubic foot interior and stainless steel construction throughout, this unit maintains food temperatures between 33°F and 41°F to keep salads, cold dishes, and prepared foods at safe serving temperatures during service.

The table measures 47 7/16" (W) x 29 1/2" (D) x 55 3/16" (H) and features an interior cavity of 43" (W) x 19 7/8" (D) x 25 3/4" (H). It accommodates up to nine 1/3-size or eighteen 1/6-size standard food pans at either 4" or 6" depth, giving kitchen staff flexible pan configuration options. A 10" depth cutting board is included, and the durable sneeze guard helps protect displayed food during service.

Two adjustable heavy-duty PVC epoxy-coated shelves, each rated at a 90 lb load capacity, allow organized storage below the serving surface. The electronic control system includes a digital temperature controller and automatic defrost, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports temperature stability in ambient environments up to 90°F.
