The Coldline 36-inch refrigerated salad bar and buffet table is a cold food table designed for commercial kitchens, buffet lines, cafeterias, and restaurants that need a reliable chilled display at the service line.

The unit holds a 10.8 cubic foot interior measuring 31 1/4 inches wide by 19 7/8 inches deep by 25 3/4 inches tall, and maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F using an electronic control system with a digital temperature controller. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports consistent cold retention, while automatic defrost reduces manual maintenance. The R-290 refrigerant is a low-GWP option suited to commercial kitchen environments.

The table accommodates six 1/3-size food pans or twelve 1/6-size food pans, fitting both 4-inch and 6-inch deep standard food pans. Two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC epoxy-coated shelves each support up to 90 lbs of load, and the stainless steel interior simplifies cleaning.
