The Vulcan VCCB Series 25" Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, high-output cooking surface. With four radiant burners and a total output of 58,000 BTU, it suits restaurants, cafes, and food service operations that prepare grilled items to order.

Each of the four cast iron radiant burners delivers 14,500 BTU/hr. The cast iron grates measure 21.5 inches wide by 20.5 inches deep, giving a defined cooking area for steaks, burgers, vegetables, and other menu items. Infinite heat control valves let the chef adjust flame intensity across the surface, while the stainless steel body supports daily use in a commercial kitchen.
