The Vulcan VACB 72" Gas Charbroiler is a heavy duty countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need high-volume charbroiling. With 13 cast iron char-radiant burners and a total output of 221,000 BTU, it suits restaurant lines, steakhouses, and catering operations that cook steaks, burgers, and vegetables to order.

It connects to natural gas with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and a 5 in W.C inlet pressure, and a gas pressure regulator is included. Two drip trays and a heat deflector tray manage grease and heat during service. The charbroiler is CSA Design Certified, CSA Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a one year limited parts and labor warranty by the manufacturer.

With a product width of 72.50", depth of 31", and height of 15.30", the VACB series charbroiler fits a range of countertop footprints. The shipping weight is 580 pounds, and it is sold as 1/Each.
