The Vulcan VACB Series 72 inch charbroiler is a countertop gas unit built for commercial kitchens that need high-volume grilling capacity in a compact footprint. With 13 radiant burners and a total output of 208,000 BTU, it suits restaurants, steakhouses, and catering operations that cook steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables to order.

Each of the 13 cast iron radiant burners delivers 17,000 BTU/hr, and the cast iron grates provide a durable cooking surface measuring 68.75 inches wide by 22.31 inches deep. Manual infinite heat control valves let the chef adjust each burner independently, while the all-welded chassis and stainless steel construction support daily use in a commercial kitchen.

The unit operates on liquid propane with a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and a 10 inch W.C. inlet gas pressure. A gas pressure regulator is included. The countertop design measures 72.5 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high, with adjustable 4 inch legs and a backsplash to contain splatter. Shipping weight is 580 pounds.

This charbroiler is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified for commercial food handling. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. The Vulcan VACB Series charbroiler is made in the United States and sold as one unit per each.
