Vulcan VACB60 62" Countertop Gas Charbroiler, Cast Iron Burners, 11 Burners, Stainless Steel, Natural Gas

The Vulcan VACB 62" gas charbroiler is a heavy duty countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need high-volume broiling capacity. With 11 cast iron char-radiant burners and a total output of 187,000 BTU, it suits restaurant lines, steakhouses, and catering operations that run continuous grilling service.

The broiling area measures 57" x 22.31" with cast iron diamond grates that are 5 1/4" wide, giving chefs a broad, consistent surface for burgers, steaks, and vegetables. Each burner delivers 17,000 BTU and is controlled by a high range infinite heat control valve, so operators can adjust heat across the surface during service. The 12" working height and all welded chassis support daily heavy duty use.

The unit connects to natural gas with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and a 5 in W.C inlet pressure, and a gas pressure regulator is included. A standing pilot ignition system provides pilot protection, and two stainless steel drip trays plus a heat deflector tray collect grease and drippings. The stainless steel body and cast iron grates are supported by four adjustable 4" legs for level placement on a countertop.

This charbroiler is CSA Design Certified, CSA Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It ships as one each at 500 pounds. It includes a one year limited parts and labor warranty by the manufacturer.
