The Vulcan VACB Series 62 inch charbroiler is a countertop gas unit built for commercial kitchens that need high-volume grilling and searing. It suits restaurants, steakhouses, and catering operations where a wide cooking surface and consistent heat matter during service.

The cooking surface measures 57 inches wide by 22.31 inches deep and uses cast iron grates. Eleven radiant cast iron burners each deliver 17,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 176,000 BTU. Manual infinite heat control valves let the chef adjust each burner across a continuous range.

The unit runs on liquid propane with a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and a 10 inch W.C. inlet pressure. A gas pressure regulator is included.
