Vulcan VTEC60 58 1/2" Countertop Gas Charbroiler, Conversion Burner, 5 Burners, Stainless Steel, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VTEC Series 58 inch Infrared Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need high heat output in a compact footprint. It uses five infrared burners rated at 22,000 BTU/hr each, for a total of 110,000 BTU, and operates on liquid propane. The unit is designed for restaurant and foodservice operations that grill steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables over a wide cooking surface.

The cooking surface measures 55 inches wide by 25.25 inches deep and uses stainless steel grids. Heavy duty steel infrared emitter panels sit beneath the grids to deliver radiant heat, while the manual high range heat control valves let the chef adjust each burner. A backsplash and splash guards help contain grease and debris during service, and a crumb tray slides out for routine cleaning.

The chassis is stainless steel with chrome knobs and four adjustable 4 inch legs, so the unit can be leveled on uneven countertops. It connects to a 3/4 inch NPT gas line and ships with a gas pressure regulator. The inlet gas pressure is 10 inch W.C. The product measures 58.4 inches wide, 35.1 inches deep, and 16.4 inches high, and the shipping weight is 309 pounds. It is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
