Vulcan VTEC48 47 1/2" Countertop Gas Charbroiler, Conversion Burner, 4 Burners, Stainless Steel, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VTEC Series 47" Infrared Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need high-output grilling in a compact footprint. With four infrared burners and a total output of 88,000 BTU, it suits restaurants, steakhouses, and catering operations where consistent searing and marked grill lines matter during peak service.

Each of the four burners delivers 22,000 BTU/hr through heavy duty steel infrared emitter panels. The cooking surface measures 44 inches wide by 25.25 inches deep and uses 11" x 25" stainless steel cooking grids, giving the chef a broad, durable area for steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables. Manual high range heat control valves let the operator adjust each burner independently, while the stainless steel body and chrome knobs support daily cleaning and long-term use.

This unit connects to liquid propane with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and requires an inlet gas pressure of 10" W.C. A gas pressure regulator is included. The countertop design sits on four 4-inch adjustable legs, and the overall product dimensions are 47.4 inches wide, 35.1 inches deep, and 16.4 inches high. A backsplash, splash guards, and a crumb tray help contain grease and debris during cooking. The charbroiler is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified, and it ships at 264 pounds as one unit. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
