The Vulcan VACB 47" Gas Charbroiler is a heavy duty countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need reliable high-volume broiling. With 8 cast iron char-radiant burners and a total output of 136,000 BTU, it suits restaurant lines, steakhouses, and catering operations that prepare steaks, burgers, and other grilled items to order.

The cooking surface measures 43" x 22.31" and uses cast iron diamond grates with 5 1/4" wide grate sections, providing a defined broiling area at a 12" working height. Each burner is controlled by a high range infinite heat control valve, and the standing pilot ignition system supports consistent startup. The all welded chassis and stainless steel front and grease tray support daily use in a commercial kitchen, while two stainless steel drip trays and a heat deflector tray manage runoff during service. The broiler stands on four adjustable 4" legs for level placement on a countertop. It is CSA Design Certified, CSA Certified, and NSF Certified. Proudly Made in America. It includes a one year limited parts and labor warranty by the manufacturer.

Shipping weight is 450 pounds, and the unit is sold as 1/Each. The overall dimensions are 46.85" (L) x 31" (W) x 15.30" (H), with the depth listed as length for placement planning. This charbroiler is intended for countertop installation in commercial kitchens where a dedicated gas line and ventilation are available.
