Vulcan VCCB47 46 3/4" Radiant Gas Charbroiler, Countertop, Cast Iron Grates, 116,000 BTU, 8 Burners, Stainless Steel, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VCCB Series 46.75" Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need high-output grilling in a compact footprint. With 8 radiant burners and a total output of 116,000 BTU, it suits restaurants, steakhouses, and catering operations that cook steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables to order.

Each of the 8 cast iron radiant burners delivers 14,500 BTU/hr, and the infinite heat control valves let the chef adjust flame intensity across the 43" wide by 20.5" deep cast iron grate cooking surface. The stainless steel body and full width front grease drawers support daily food handling and cleanup on a busy line.

The unit measures 46.75" wide, 27.25" deep, and 14.75" high, and it ships at 460 pounds. It runs on liquid propane with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and a 10" W.C. inlet gas pressure, and a gas pressure regulator is included. Four adjustable 4" legs keep the broiler level on the counter, and the integrated backsplash helps contain splatter during service.

This charbroiler is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified, and it is made in the United States. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
