The Vulcan VACB Series 46.85" Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need high-volume grilling in a compact footprint. With 8 radiant burners and a 43-inch wide by 22.31-inch deep cast iron grate cooking surface, it suits restaurant lines, steakhouses, and catering operations that prepare steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables to order.

Each of the 8 cast iron radiant burners delivers 17,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 128,000 BTU. The infinite heat control valves let a chef adjust flame intensity across the cooking surface, while the cast iron grates hold heat and produce characteristic grill marks. The unit connects to liquid propane with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and includes a gas pressure regulator; inlet gas pressure is 10" W.C.

The all-welded chassis and stainless steel construction support daily use in a commercial kitchen. A built-in backsplash helps contain splatter, and four adjustable 4-inch legs allow the charbroiler to sit level on a countertop.
