The Vulcan VTEC Series 36" Infrared Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need high heat output in a compact footprint. It is designed for restaurants, steakhouses, and other food service operations where consistent searing and grilling are part of daily production.

This unit uses three infrared burners, each rated at 22,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 66,000 BTU. The heavy duty steel infrared emitter panels and 11" x 25" stainless steel cooking grids support even heat distribution across the 33" wide by 25.25" deep cooking surface. Manual controls with high range heat control valves and chrome knobs let the operator adjust heat levels during service.

The charbroiler is constructed from stainless steel and includes a backsplash, splash guards, and a crumb tray. It stands on four adjustable 4" legs and connects to a 3/4" NPT gas line with liquid propane. A gas pressure regulator is included. The unit measures 36.4" wide, 35.1" deep, and 16.4" high, and ships at 210 pounds. It is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified.
