Vulcan VCCB36 36" Radiant Gas Charbroiler, Countertop, Cast Iron Grates, 87,000 BTU, 6 Burners, Stainless Steel, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VCCB Series 36 inch Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that need a dependable cooking surface for high-volume grilling. With six radiant burners and a 32 inch by 20.5 inch cast iron grate cooking surface, it supports steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables across a busy service line.

Each of the six cast iron radiant burners delivers 14,500 BTU/hr for a total output of 87,000 BTU, while infinite heat control valves let the chef adjust flame intensity across the cooking surface. The unit runs on liquid propane with a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and a 10 inch W.C. inlet gas pressure, and a gas pressure regulator is included for installation.

The stainless steel body and full width front grease drawers support daily cleaning and food handling in a commercial kitchen. Adjustable 4 inch legs keep the unit stable on a countertop, and the integrated backsplash helps contain splatter during grilling. The charbroiler measures 36 inches wide, 27.25 inches deep, and 14.75 inches high, with a shipping weight of 355 pounds.

This unit is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified for commercial use. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
