The Vulcan VACB Series 36 inch countertop charbroiler is a gas fired unit built for commercial kitchens that need a compact grilling station on an existing counter. It suits restaurants, steakhouses, and catering operations where burgers, steaks, and vegetables are cooked to order over radiant heat.

Six cast iron radiant burners each deliver 17,000 BTU/hr, for a total output of 96,000 BTU. The cast iron grates measure 32.25 inches wide by 22.31 inches deep, giving the cook a broad searing surface. Infinite heat control valves let the chef adjust each zone manually, and the unit runs on liquid propane with a 10 inch W.C. inlet gas pressure and a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection. A gas pressure regulator is included.

The all-welded chassis and stainless steel body are made in the United States, and the unit stands on four adjustable 4 inch legs for level placement. It is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified. The charbroiler ships at 370 pounds and is sold as 1 each. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
