The Vulcan VTEC Series 25" Infrared Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need consistent high-heat cooking in a compact footprint. It suits restaurants, steakhouses, and other food service operations where steaks, burgers, and vegetables are cooked to order.

This infrared charbroiler uses two 22,000 BTU/hr infrared burners for a total of 44,000 BTU, with heavy duty steel infrared emitter panels that deliver radiant heat to the cooking surface. The 22 inch wide by 25.25 inch deep stainless steel cooking grids provide a defined cooking area, and the stainless steel construction supports daily use in a commercial kitchen.

Manual high range heat control valves and chrome knobs let the chef adjust heat across the cooking surface. A backsplash and splash guards help contain grease and debris, while the crumb tray collects food particles for routine cleaning. The unit stands on four 4 inch adjustable legs and connects to a 3/4 inch NPT liquid propane gas line with the included gas pressure regulator.

The charbroiler measures 25.4 inches wide, 35.1 inches deep, and 16.4 inches high, and ships at 151 pounds. It is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified for commercial food handling. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
