Vulcan VTEC14 14 1/2" Countertop Gas Charbroiler, Conversion Burner, 1 Burner, Stainless Steel, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VTEC Series 14" Infrared Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler built for commercial kitchens that need focused, high-heat cooking in a compact footprint. It suits restaurants, cafes, and foodservice operations where counter space is limited but consistent searing and marking are required.

This unit uses a single infrared burner rated at 22,000 BTU/hr with heavy duty steel infrared emitter panels. The infrared burner style delivers intense radiant heat for searing, while the manual high range heat control valve lets the chef adjust output during service. The cooking surface measures 11 inches wide by 25.25 inches deep and is made of stainless steel grids, giving a defined grilling area for meats, vegetables, and other menu items.

The charbroiler is constructed from stainless steel and includes a backsplash, splash guards, and a crumb tray to help contain debris during use. It stands on four adjustable legs measuring 4 inches, allowing the unit to be leveled on uneven countertops. A gas pressure regulator is included, and the 3/4 inch NPT gas connection supports liquid propane operation at an inlet gas pressure of 10 inches W.C. The appliance is CSA Design Certified and NSF Certified, and it is manufactured in the United States.

Overall product dimensions are 14.4 inches wide, 35.1 inches deep, and 16.4 inches high, with a shipping weight of 97 pounds. The unit is sold as 1 per each. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
