The ProKitchen Series Countertop Radiant Charbroiler is designed for restaurants, steakhouses, cafés, and commercial kitchen grilling operations. This gas-powered countertop unit features 2 burners with a total output of 60,000 BTU and measures 24" (L) x 27.2" (D) x 15" (H). The installation type is countertop, supporting compact grilling setups in commercial food preparation areas.Constructed with a stainless steel body and welded frame, the unit includes a stainless steel backsplash and 3-sided splash guards. The cast iron grates sit above hot rolled steel radiant covers, supporting direct grilling applications.
