Product Overview

The Pegasus Radiant Charbroiler is designed for commercial kitchen floor model use in restaurants and foodservice operations. It features a stainless steel construction with a double wall insulated cabinet, supporting heavy-duty usage. The unit includes water tubs and a 6" stainless steel service shelf with a towel bar for food handling tasks.

This gas charbroiler operates on natural gas or liquid propane with an inlet gas pressure of NG: 4 w.c. / LP: 10 w.c., delivering a total output of 160,000 BTU. It uses radiant heating with stainless steel burners and individual front burner controls for heat adjustment. The unit is fully insulated for heat retention.

The cooking surface includes round top grid style grates made of steel rods with 1/2" rod thickness and free-floating top grates. The E-Z tilt top supports access for cleaning and maintenance. The unit has a capacity of 86.34 cb3 for commercial kitchen operations.

Its overall dimensions are 60" (W) x 37" (D) x 45.2" (H), suitable for floor model installation. Additional features include heavy-duty construction and stainless steel components. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer and holds CE Certified, ETL Sanitation Listed, and cETLus Listed certifications.
