The Pegasus Electric Charbroiler is designed for commercial kitchen countertop use by chefs in restaurants and foodservice operations. It features a stainless steel body with a silver finish and raised cast iron ribs for direct contact cooking. The unit includes adjustable cast nickel plated legs measuring 4", supporting stable placement.

This electric charbroiler operates at 13.75 kW with 38 A, using a 3 phase, 208 V electrical configuration. It uses radiant heating with 6 Incoloy sheath type heating elements and an infinite control system for heat adjustment. The lift-up broiling element supports access during cleaning and maintenance.

The unit includes two burners with a 12" grate size and a cooking surface designed for direct contact use. It comes with a stainless steel grease drawer, a 9 qt stainless steel water pan drawer, and a 1 3/8" rear electrical access opening. A drip tray is included to support grease management during food handling.

Its overall dimensions are 48" (W) x 34.9" (D) x 16.9" (H), suitable for countertop installation. Additional features include a hardwired plug and field-convertible electrical setup. The unit includes 2 3/4" stainless steel tapered splash guards and is rated for heavy-duty use.
