The Pegasus Radiant Charbroiler is designed for commercial kitchen floor model use in restaurants and foodservice operations. It features a stainless steel construction with a double wall insulated cabinet, supporting heavy-duty usage. The unit includes water tubs and a 6" stainless steel service shelf with a towel bar for food handling tasks.

This gas charbroiler operates on natural gas or liquid propane with an inlet gas pressure of NG: 4 w.c. / LP: 10 w.c., delivering a total output of 103,000 BTU. It uses radiant heating with stainless steel burners and individual front burner controls for heat adjustment. The unit is fully insulated for heat retention.
