The Garland Designer Series 30" Electric Charbroiler is a freestanding commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurant and foodservice operations that need consistent electric broiler performance. It is designed for commercial use and can be banked with other ED series units to create a larger cooking line.

The cooking surface measures 23 inches wide by 19 inches deep, giving chefs a defined area for grilling and broiling. Infinite switch controls let operators adjust heat across the surface, while Heat-On indicator lamps show when the unit is active. The stainless steel construction supports daily cleaning and durability in a commercial kitchen.

This electric broiler operates on 208 volts and single phase power. Its 30 inch width, 24 inch depth, and 13.75 inch height create a compact footprint for a countertop or freestanding setup. The easy clean design includes recessed protected controls, ample space between elements and side splash walls, a grate lift handle, and a concealed grease drawer for food handling and cleanup.
