The Cookline 60" Countertop Radiant Charbroiler is a heavy-duty natural gas charbroiler designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and high-volume food service operations that require consistent, direct radiant heat across a wide cooking surface.

The unit features six U-shaped steel burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, delivering a combined output of 150,000 BTU. A hot rolled steel radiant cover distributes heat evenly, while a standby stainless steel pilot maintains ignition readiness. Manual brass control valves and cool-to-touch fiberglass nylon knobs give the chef straightforward heat adjustment during service.

Cast iron removable grates sit over the radiant system and are designed for everyday removal and cleaning. A front grease trough channel directs drippings into a stainless steel oil collector, simplifying grease management during and after service. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides and a rear backsplash help contain splatter on the cooking line. The welded stainless steel frame is supported by four adjustable heavy-duty legs and measures 60" (L) x 27.2" (D) x 15" (H), making it suitable for placement on an existing counter or prep surface. The rear gas connection is 3/4" NPT, and a gas regulator is included.

This charbroiler is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and conforms to NSF standards, meeting common commercial kitchen compliance requirements. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
