Four U-shaped burners, each rated at 35,000 BTU, deliver a combined output of 140,000 BTU. Cast iron grates sit above the radiant heating source, providing an even cooking surface suited for steaks, fish, poultry, and other proteins. Manual controls give kitchen staff direct, straightforward adjustment of each burner, while adjustable front-lit pilot lights support reliable ignition.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel with a welded frame, measuring 48" (L) x 30" (D) x 15.5" (H) and weighing 198 lb.
