The Standard Range 36" Countertop Radiant Charbroiler is a gas-fired cooking unit built for commercial kitchens in restaurants, diners, and high-volume food service operations that need consistent radiant heat across a wide cooking surface.

The unit features three U-shaped burners, each rated at 35,000 BTU, delivering a combined output of 105,000 BTU. Radiant heating distributes heat evenly across the cast iron grates, supporting steady cooking performance during busy service periods. Manual controls give kitchen staff direct, straightforward adjustment of each burner independently. An adjustable front-lit pilot light is included for reliable ignition.

Constructed from stainless steel with a welded frame, the charbroiler measures 36" (L) x 30" (D) x 15.5" (H) and weighs 154 pounds, making it suitable for placement on an existing counter or prep surface. Four adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet provide stability on the countertop. A side splash guards the surrounding area, and a full-width removable crumb tray below the grates simplifies cleanup between services.

The unit connects via a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and is compatible with both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane; a gas regulator and LP conversion kit are included.
