The Standard Range 24" Countertop Radiant Charbroiler is a gas-fired cooking unit designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that need reliable, high-output broiling on a compact countertop footprint.

Powered by 2 U-shaped burners, each rated at 35,000 BTU, the unit delivers a combined 70,000 BTU of radiant heat through cast iron grates, offering even heat distribution across the 24" cooking surface. Manual controls give the kitchen crew straightforward, hands-on flame adjustment. The adjustable front-lit pilot light adds a layer of ignition reliability during busy service periods.

Built from stainless steel with a welded frame, the charbroiler measures 24" (L) x 30" (D) x 15.5" (H) and weighs 111 lb, making it manageable for countertop installation without a large footprint. Four adjustable, non-skid stainless steel legs keep it stable on the counter. A full-width removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup between services, and a side splash helps contain grease runoff. The 3/4" NPT rear gas connection works with both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane; a gas regulator and LP conversion kit are included.
