The Continental Refrigerator worktop refrigerator is designed for chefs and food preparation areas in a commercial kitchen. It features overall dimensions of 48" (L) x 32" (W) x 40.75" (H) with casters, providing a work surface combined with refrigerated storage. The unit has a capacity of 13.4 cu. ft. and operates within a temperature range of 33° to 41°F for refrigerated food holding.This unit is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum back and interior, defining the cabinet material structure. It includes a worktop design with a 5 1/2" backsplash, supporting prep and storage functions in commercial kitchen workflows. The refrigerator is equipped with 4 roll-out drawers with smooth, polished chrome drawer handles and Santoprene™ drawer gaskets.The refrigeration system is self-contained with a rear-mounted compressor using R-290 refrigerant. It operates on 115V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with 2.5 amps and 1/5 HP, and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 10 ft power cord. The unit uses off-cycle defrost and features electronic temperature control for monitoring and adjustment.Additional features include an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, non-corrosive plasticized fin evaporator coil, hi/low alarm, and removable case back.
