The PolarBox Series Walk-In Freezer is a commercial cold storage unit designed for restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens, and food handling facilities requiring large-scale frozen storage. It is constructed with white galvanized steel and 24 gauge panels suitable for structured use in commercial kitchen environments.
The unit uses a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove design that supports panel-based assembly. It features 4 in polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance to support controlled freezing conditions. The enclosure measures 98" (W) x 197" (D) x 91" (H), with nominal dimensions of 8 ft width, 17 ft depth, and 7 ft height.
This walk-in freezer operates on a 1 phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical supply and uses a top mounted refrigeration system. It includes R-448A refrigerant with thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and liquid line solenoid valve for regulated refrigeration flow in commercial applications.
The unit is fitted with a single solid flush-mounted door with self-closing function, keyed lock, 77 in door height, heating wire, and pressure relief vent. It includes a standard galvanized steel floor and CFC & HFC free insulation material suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
