It is built with white galvanized steel and 24 gauge panel construction for commercial kitchen environments handling continuous cold storage use.
The unit follows a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove design that supports panel-based assembly. It features 4 in polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for temperature retention in frozen storage applications. The enclosure measures 98" (W) x 157" (D) x 91" (H), with nominal dimensions of 8 ft width, 13 ft depth, and 7 ft height.
This walk-in freezer operates on a 1 phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical connection and uses a remote refrigeration system. It includes R-448A refrigerant with thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and liquid line solenoid valve for regulated refrigeration flow in commercial storage setups.
The unit includes a single solid flush-mounted door with self-closing function, keyed lock, 77 in door height, heating wire, and pressure relief vent. It comes with a standard galvanized steel floor and CFC & HFC free insulation material suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
