The PolarBox Series Walk-In Freezer is a commercial cold storage solution designed for restaurants, hotels, catering units, and food processing facilities requiring structured frozen storage. It features white galvanized steel construction with 24 gauge material strength and polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for controlled low-temperature environments.
The unit follows a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove design, supporting structured panel assembly. It comes with a 4 in insulation thickness across panels and a 12 ft nominal depth with 8 ft nominal width, forming a 7 ft nominal height enclosure. External dimensions are 98" (W) x 138" (D) x 91" (H), supporting indoor and outdoor installation layouts.
This walk-in freezer operates on a 1 phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical system and uses remote refrigeration with included condensing unit and evaporator. It utilizes R-448A refrigerant with thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and liquid line solenoid valve for refrigeration flow control.
The system includes a single solid flush-mounted door with self-closing function, keyed lock, door height of 77 in, and integrated heating wire with pressure relief vent. It comes with a standard galvanized steel floor and CFC & HFC free insulation materials for structured cold storage applications.
