PolarBox Series 6' x 26' Quick Ship Walk-In Freezer With Floor & Remote Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series walk-in freezer is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and foodservice operations requiring extended frozen storage capacity. It features white galvanized steel construction with 24-gauge panels for structured durability. The freezer measures 79" (W) x 315" (D) x 91" (H) with a nominal size of 6 ft x 26 ft x 7 ft.

This commercial walk-in freezer includes 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance. The CFC and HFC free insulated panel construction supports cold storage applications for indoor and outdoor installations. It also includes a standard galvanized steel floor suitable for food handling and storage movement in commercial kitchen environments.

The refrigeration system uses remote refrigeration with a remote compressor location. It includes a condensing unit and evaporator using R-448A refrigerant with thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and liquid line solenoid valve configuration. The unit operates on 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz electrical system with hardwired connection type for commercial kitchen setups.

The freezer includes one solid self-closing door with flush-mounted construction, keyed lock, heating wire, and pressure relief vent. The modular cam-lock tongue and groove panel system supports structural assembly. It is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certified. It includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts warranty, 2-year compressor & parts warranty, and 1-year labor warranty on refrigeration unit.
