The PolarBox Series walk-in freezer is designed for commercial kitchen, restaurant, and frozen food storage operations. It features white galvanized steel construction with a 24-gauge exterior and standard galvanized steel floor for cold storage applications. The unit measures 138" (L) x 236" (W) x 91" (H) and is rated for indoor and outdoor use.
The PolarBox Series walk-in freezer includes remote refrigeration with a condensing unit and evaporator. The refrigeration system operates on 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz electrical power and uses R-448A refrigerant. A hardwired connection is included for commercial foodservice installation requirements.
This walk-in freezer features 4" thick polyurethane insulation with CFC and HFC free material and an R-28 thermal resistance rating. The modular cam-lock and tongue-and-groove panel design supports freezer assembly, while the thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) are included in the refrigeration system.
The PolarBox Series walk-in freezer includes one self-closing flush-mounted solid door with a keyed lock, heating wire, and pressure relief vent. The unit is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certified. It includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts warranty, 2-year compressor and parts warranty, and 1-year labor warranty on the refrigeration unit.
