PolarBox Series 12' x 13' Quick Ship Walk-In Freezer With Floor & Remote Refrigeration

PolarBox Series Walk-In Freezer designed for commercial kitchen and food storage applications. Built with white galvanized steel panels and 24 gauge construction for structural stability. Features CFC & HFC free material type with polyurethane insulation material, 4 in insulation thickness, and R-28 thermal resistance. Includes standard galvanized steel floor and “with floor” construction suitable for indoor and outdoor usage in commercial refrigeration environments.

This walk-in freezer operates on 1 phase, 60 Hz electrical supply with 208/230 V voltage and hardwired plug type connection. Refrigeration system is available in top mounted refrigeration or remote refrigeration configurations depending on layout. Uses R-448A refrigerant with thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV). Condensing unit and evaporator are included for commercial refrigeration installation setups.

Door assembly includes 1 solid door with keyed lock system for controlled access in commercial kitchen storage areas. Built with modular cam-lock and tongue & groove hinge type design for panel alignment. Features self-closing door mechanism, flush-mounted construction, heating wire integration, and pressure relief vent for temperature balance. Door height is 77 in for standard commercial entry use.

Available in multiple configurations with nominal width options from 8 ft to 12 ft and nominal depths ranging from 12 ft to 30 ft. Product dimensions vary across builds, including width 98–138 in, depth 138–354 in, and height 91 in. Certified under UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE standards. Warranty coverage includes 10-year panel, 1-year door parts, 2-year compressor & parts, and 1-year labor on refrigeration unit.
