The PolarBox Series Walk-In Freezer is a commercial cold storage system designed for restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens, and food handling facilities requiring frozen storage capacity. It is constructed with white galvanized steel and 24 gauge panels suitable for structured use in commercial kitchen environments.
The unit uses a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove panel system for structured assembly. It features 4 in polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance, supporting controlled low-temperature storage. The enclosure measures 118" (W) x 236" (D) x 91" (H), with nominal dimensions of 10 ft width, 20 ft depth, and 7 ft height.
This walk-in freezer operates on a 1 phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical system and uses a remote refrigeration configuration. It includes R-448A refrigerant with thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and liquid line solenoid valve for regulated refrigeration flow in commercial applications.
The unit is fitted with a single solid flush-mounted door with self-closing function, keyed lock, 77 in door height, heating wire, and pressure relief vent. It includes a standard galvanized steel floor and CFC & HFC free insulation material suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
