The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is designed for commercial kitchen operations such as restaurants and food storage areas requiring controlled cold storage. It features white galvanized steel construction, which supports durability in daily food handling environments. The unit measures 98" (L) x 335" (W) x 87" (H), with a nominal size of 8 ft width, 28 ft depth, and 7 ft height, providing structured storage space.

This walk-in cooler uses 4-inch thick polyurethane insulation with an R-28 thermal resistance rating, supporting temperature retention in commercial refrigeration setups. The insulation material is CFC and HFC free, aligning with standard material requirements. The structure is built with 24-gauge panels and a modular cam-lock, tongue and groove hinge system for panel assembly.

The unit operates on 208/230 V with 60 Hz and single-phase electrical configuration, suitable for standard commercial kitchen electrical systems. It uses a remote refrigeration system and includes both a condensing unit and evaporator. The refrigeration setup includes a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and a liquid line solenoid valve as part of its cooling system.

This walk-in cooler includes a solid swing door with a 77-inch height, featuring a self-closing and flush-mounted design.
