PolarBox Series 8' x 18' Quick Ship Walk-In Cooler With Floor & Remote Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is designed for commercial kitchen refrigerated storage in restaurants, foodservice operations, and hospitality facilities. It features white galvanized steel construction with 24-gauge material for cold storage environments. The unit measures 217" (L) x 98" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal 18 ft depth and 8 ft width configuration.

This 1-door walk-in cooler includes a solid swing door with a 77" door height for commercial food handling access. The self-closing flush-mounted door supports refrigerated storage workflow while the keyed lock provides controlled entry. The modular cam-lock tongue and groove hinge design supports panel connection, and the unit includes a standard galvanized steel floor.

The walk-in cooler uses a remote refrigeration system and includes both the condensing unit and evaporator. The thermostatic expansion and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) configuration supports refrigeration operation in commercial kitchen applications. The unit operates on 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz electrical service with a hardwired connection.

Polyurethane insulation with 4" insulation thickness and R-28 thermal resistance supports refrigerated holding conditions. The unit is suitable for indoor and outdoor usage and uses CFC and HFC free material construction. It is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE compliant. The walk-in cooler is proudly made in America and includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year parts warranty on doors, and 1-year compressor and parts warranty on the remote refrigeration unit by the manufacturer.
