The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is a commercial kitchen refrigeration unit designed for indoor and outdoor cold storage applications. It is Proudly Made in America and constructed with white galvanized steel at 24 gauge thickness. The unit uses polyurethane insulation with 4 in thickness and R-28 thermal resistance. Overall dimensions measure 157" (L) x 98" (W) x 87" (H), with nominal sizing of 13 ft depth and 7 ft height.

The enclosure features a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system for panel alignment and assembly. A single solid swing door with 77 in height is integrated into the structure. The door includes a flush-mounted, self-closing design with keyed lock access. One-door configuration supports organized food storage movement in commercial kitchen environments.

This walk-in cooler uses a remote refrigeration system for commercial cold storage operation. The setup includes a thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) for refrigerant flow control. A condensing unit and evaporator are included with the refrigeration package. Electrical specification includes 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with hardwired connection.

The unit includes a standard galvanized steel floor with with-floor construction for structural support. Certifications include UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE compliance.
