The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is a commercial refrigeration unit designed for indoor and outdoor cold storage applications. Proudly Made in America, it is built with durable 24-gauge white galvanized steel for commercial food service environments. The unit features 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for efficient temperature control. Dimensions measure 295" (L) x 79" (W) x 87" (H), with a nominal size of 25 ft depth and 7 ft height.
The unit is built with a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system that supports panel alignment during installation. A single solid swing door with 77 in height is integrated into the enclosure. The door features a self-closing flush-mounted design with keyed lock access for controlled entry in commercial kitchen storage areas. One-door configuration supports organized movement of stored inventory and food supplies.
Top mounted refrigeration places the condensing system above the enclosure to support space management around the unit. The refrigeration system uses R-448A refrigerant and includes a condensing unit and evaporator.
